CSC Inks NASA Deal

Computer Sciences (CSC Quote - Cramer on CSC - Stock Picks) signed a five-year deal worth an estimated $113 million to provide supercomputing support services to NASA.

Under the terms of the order, Computer Sciences will offer systems integration services to the NASA Center for Computational Sciences, the facility that's operated by the Goddard Space Flight Center's Computational and Information Sciences & Technology Office.

Separately, Computer Sciences said it has extended for five years its global information technology applications management services agreement with Sun Microsystems (JAVA Quote - Cramer on JAVA - Stock Picks).

Computer Sciences was down 1.5% to $49.86.
