Art Technology (ARTG Quote - Cramer on ARTG - Stock Picks): "I gotta tell ya, it's a speculative play, but I'm not gonna blast it. ... Don'tBuy. ... It was a 1999, 2000 dot-com play, and it's never been heard from since."
