Countrywide Critics Call For Change
Last month one other compensation director -- Henry G. Cisneros, a former secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, quit the board. Cisneros said he planned to dedicate more time to CityView, a firm that provides financing for homebuilders in urban areas. He is currently chairman of CityView.
