Stock quotes in this article: UA , CAT , CFC , DE , CLB , FTI

Sell Under Armour (UA Quote), Jim Cramer said Tuesday on CNBC's Stop Trading! segment.

Cramer is "sick" of chief Kevin Plank selling his stock, a la Countrywide (CFC Quote) chief Angelo Mozilo. Cramer said he agrees with Morgan Stanley's underweight call on the stock. Cramer said he feels like he got "hosed" by Plank's announcement last night that he sold 1.5 million shares for almost $90 million.

Cramer also took issue with Caterpillar (CAT Quote), saying the company "has not delivered on its promises" in recent quarters. He added that the tractor maker has been too quick to hide behind claims that the U.S. economy is headed into recession, unlike rivals such as Deere (DE Quote) and Ingersoll Rand (IR Quote).

Cramer also likes energy plays Core Labs (CLB Quote) and FMC Technologies (FTI Quote).
