Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

United Therapeutics (UTHR Quote): "This company came up with some incredible inhaler that is just going to change the way blood pressure is regulated in this country. This just went up 40 and I think it may have another 40. BuyBuyBuy."

Plexus (PLXS Quote): "Stock's up on a spike. Let's swap out of that and go into Flextronics (FLEX Quote), which I think is bigger and better."

CVS Caremark (CVS Quote): "You know what I want to do every day, I want to buy more! ... It is taking it right to Rite Aid(RAD Quote) and right to Walgreen(WAG Quote). This one is the real deal. ... It could go up 9 points."

St. Jude Medical (STJ Quote): "No, the stock has had a big run. ... I like Becton Dickinson (BDX Quote) or Bard(BCR Quote). ... I am not gonna recommend St. Jude here. Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Toyota Motor (TM Quote): "The stock has been killed. The Japanese market is awful. ... I vastly prefer Ford (F Quote) to Toyota now. ... Let's swap out of Toyota and get into Ford."
