Meridian Bioscience (VIVO Quote - Cramer on VIVO - Stock Picks): "I don't know, man. I think that's actually good biotech. And the reason I say that is because it's a diagnostics company. I think diagnostics companies are the wave of the future. I'm going with you." Cramer also likes Inverness Medical Innovations (IMA Quote - Cramer on IMA - Stock Picks), which he owns for Action Alerts PLUS, his charitable trust.

Blue Coat Systems (BCSI Quote - Cramer on BCSI - Stock Picks): "It's a good stock. ... This is a great growth company for many years. I think Blue Coat's a real winner. I've gotta go with it."

Trimble Navigation (TRMB Quote - Cramer on TRMB - Stock Picks): "I like Trimble, but we've got Garmin (GRMN Quote - Cramer on GRMN - Stock Picks). If we've got Garmin, we don't need to be in Trimble. I am seeing your Trimble and raising you Garmin."

Cnooc (CEO Quote - Cramer on CEO - Stock Picks): "The Chinese do like to split their stocks, but Baidu's(BIDU Quote - Cramer on BIDU - Stock Picks) been a great stock, and they haven't split it. ... I like Petrochina(PTR Quote - Cramer on PTR - Stock Picks) more, but Buffett's been a seller. But Cnooc's a good company."

Central European Distribution (CEDC Quote - Cramer on CEDC - Stock Picks): "This is one of the great alcohol distribution companies. ... Everybody listen up. That is a great stock. And I recommend it strongly."
