in either Goldman Sachs(GS Quote - Cramer on GS - Stock Picks) or Bear Stearns(BSC Quote - Cramer on BSC - Stock Picks). I know that they are having problems, but I think that all the bad news is already in the stock price.

I'm trying to choose between iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index(FXI Quote - Cramer on FXI - Stock Picks) and iShares MSCI Brazil Index(EWZ Quote - Cramer on EWZ - Stock Picks). Would you wait, seeing as they seemed to have topped for the short term?
