Feuerstein's Biotech-Stock Mailbag

The Biotech Mailbag has returned, now coming to you with a Boston postmark. (Or should that be "postmahk?")

In this week's mailbag, I'll be taking questions about Northwest BioTherapeutics, Flamel, Novacea and, of course, Dendreon because it wouldn't really be a mailbag without it, would it?

But before we get into those, I'll address a more general request.

I received quite a bit of email about my model portfolio of biotech stocks, which I discussed in the last San Francisco edition of the Mailbag. Lots of you want me to post the portfolio somewhere public to make tracking it easier.

Not a problem. I'm working it. When done, I'll post the model biotech portfolio on Stockpickr under my name. I'll provide a link and more details when I get it done. Soon, I promise.

It's a good time to be putting together a list of biotech stocks because many quality companies are on summer sale. With that said, I want to draw your attention again to my recent column on cheap biotech stocks. I'll update this stock screen throughout the summer and into the fall. Check it out.

On a related note, I want to make sure that everyone saw the list of biotech companies with drugs in phase III clinical trials that I also put together recently. This is a great resource to keep on top of important stock-moving catalysts in the biotech sector. I hope it helps you.
