Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Caterpillar (CAT Quote): "Listen to me! You know what? Chastised by all of my bearish friends ... I went over line by line the Caterpillar quarter, the Caterpillar press release, the Caterpillar conference call. And you know what? It was really a pretty good quarter. ... I urge you to buy that. I see a big upside surprise." Cramer owns Caterpillar for Action Alerts PLUS, his charitable trust.

Level 3 Communications (LVLT Quote): Everyone "hated the quarter, and now it's bouncing back." Level 3 is a play on shortage of bandwidth, Cramer said, and until we see that shortage, "this stock does nothing. ... I don't know when the shortage is going to flash ... but when it does, you can't wait until then and buy it. You have to keep in it now."

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (MDRX Quote): "Just fantastic in this market. It's a triple buy!"

Cheesecake Factory (CAKE Quote): "You know what the problem is? ... They don't have enough cheesecakes. They ought to buy more stores." But Cramer says it's a decent buy here. "Let's pull the trigger."

Johnson Controls (JCI Quote): "I think the lead prices are going back down. I think Johnson Controls is going back up. I like the stock. This is a classic example of what you should be buying right now." Cramer said it goes to $120 and change.
