Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Onyx Pharmaceuticals (ONXX Quote - Cramer on ONXX - Stock Picks): "They've got the only drug for liver cancer. I reiterate my buy. ... I want to be in it."

Spartan Stores (SPTN Quote - Cramer on SPTN - Stock Picks): "52-week high." Cramer said he'd swap out of it and move into Kroger (KR Quote - Cramer on KR - Stock Picks), which is "much cheaper."

Netease (NTES Quote - Cramer on NTES - Stock Picks): "No Netease." Cramer said he'd be in Baidu.com (BIDU Quote - Cramer on BIDU - Stock Picks) instead.

Given Imaging (GIVN Quote - Cramer on GIVN - Stock Picks): "I like Given very much. I think it's a great speculative stock."

Bentley Pharmaceuticals (BNT Quote - Cramer on BNT - Stock Picks): "I think the generic industry is really awful. I don't want to touch it."

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (GLDD Quote - Cramer on GLDD - Stock Picks): "It was a trade going into the Russell, and then you had to move on. ... I don't look back at trades."

Omniture (OMTR Quote - Cramer on OMTR - Stock Picks): "I've been behind Omniture since they went public. ... I would certainly buy it at $22. I do not believe that Omniture will be public at this time next year."
