52-Week Highs: Google(GOOG Quote) finished trading on Tuesday at a 52-week high of $518.84. Shares rose $11.77, or 2.3%, after the company and Salesforce.com(CRM Quote) reached an agreement that will allow Salesforce.com customers to distribute their online ads through Google.

Biggest % Gainers: Graham(GHM Quote) reported a 31% increase in fourth-quarter sales for its heat transfer technology. Net income shot up to $3.4 million, compared with $1 million last quarter. The report sent shares soaring up 27%, or $4.82, to close at $23.02.

Biggest % Losers: Inovio Biomedical (INO Quote) plunged 36% after the San Diego-based biomedical company announced it will stop enrolling patients in two late-stage head and neck cancer studies using its drug-delivery technology, noting safety and effectiveness concerns. Shares dropped $1.23 to close at $2.20.

52-Week Lows: New York-based Cache(CACH Quote) fell 12%, or $1.98, to a 52-week low of $14.26. The woman's apparel retailer fell short of expectations and cut full-year guidance, sparking the collapse.

Rising on Unusual Volume: Sierra Wireless(SWIR Quote) soared to its highest point since August 2004, after CIBC World Markets lifted the company's rating to sector outperform from sector perform. Shares of the Canadian wireless modem maker gained $2.58, or 12%, and traded at 352% of normal volume.

Stocks with Unusual Option Activity: Aluminum producer Alcoa(AA Quote) was experiencing unusual options activity. Alcoa shares traded down 40 cents, or 1%, to $40.59.

Latest Activist Situations: In a letter to TD Ameritrade's(AMTD Quote) board, hedge funds Jana Partners and S.A.C. Capital revealed they think the company could grow its value by acquiring rivals, such as E-Trade(ETFC Quote) or Charles Schwab(SCHW Quote).
