Foster Wheeler (FWLT), the oil and gas engineering and construction firm, was upgraded from neutral to buy late Thursday by analyst DA Davidson and was touted as a "Desired Dozen" by Jim Cramer on CNBC's "Mad Money," launching it atop Stockpickr's list of 52-Week Highs.

Foot Locker (FL) slashed first-quarter earnings guidance by two-thirds, sending shares down more than 7% to $21.63, a 52-Week Low.

Merger talk for metals companies like Rio Tinto (RTP) and Alcan (AL) helped move Southern Copper (PCU) atop Stockpickr's Stocks with Unusual Option Activity list.

Finally, electronics wholesaler Orbit International (ORBT) topped the Latest Activist Situations list, after hedge fund Monarch Activist Partners on Friday disclosed a 6.1% stake in the company and said in a 13D filing it intended to push management to explore ways to enhance shareholder value.
