The iShares Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction (ITB Quote) ETF was higher by 7.5% at $37.06. The SPDR Homebuilders (XHB Quote) ETF ended the week up 6.8% to $35.09.
On the other hand, Yahoo! (YHOO Quote) sank Internet-related ETFs after the Web search engine disappointed investors with its earnings report after Thursday's close. For the week, Yahoo! fell 11.5%.
