Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Nymex(NMX - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): "This is one of those exchanges where the fee structure can be better than it is." In other words, it can charge more, Cramer said. "I would buy it."

RF Micro(RFMD - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): "Let me just put you in Analog Devices(ADI - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr). ... The stock [ADI] held up very well. Not a punching bag like the rest" of the semiconductor companies.

Kodiak Oil & Gas(KOG - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): "If I want to do an oil and guess company that has a little bit of a speculative feel to it, I am going to send you to Devon(DVN - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr)," which made that big find in the Gulf of Mexico.

SunOpta(STKL - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): "I happen to like Hain(HAIN - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr). ... I think Hain at 29 is the buy."

BorgWarner(BWA - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): "I like the diversification of Johnson Controls(JCI - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr) better. ... I like BorgWarner, but I don't want to buy it."

Verigy(VRGY - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr): Semiconductor-testing equipment. ... I send people to Agilent(A - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr). ... That said, let's step back. I don't like the semiconductor-testing equipment business right now."

"Lowe's(LOW - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr) is vulnerable here. I think it could pull back to 31, 30. Better than Home Depot(HD - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr), but I don't want to buy it. ... I'd rather see you in Sears(SHLD - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr), which I own for Action Alerts Plus, my charitable trust." Cramer said a pickup in apparel sales is helping Sears.
