Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! Buy NYSE

Stock quotes in this article: NYX , TXU , EMN , MDR , FWLT , LPX

Buy the NYSE (NYX Quote) ahead of its deal with Euronext, Jim Cramer said Monday on CNBC's "Stop Trading!" segment.

Cramer said the stock, trading recently at $90 and change, should hit $200 after investors figure out the kind of earnings growth the Euronext purchase will bring. Cramer said the Big Board parent has the opportunity to bring in a huge number of lucrative foreign listings that could drive profits through the roof.

Cramer also said infrastructure plays are going to be "en fuego" off Monday morning's TXU (TXU Quote) buyout. Cramer said that with TXU ditching its unpopular plans to build 11 coal-fired power plants, he's looking at other plant builders such as McDermott (MDR Quote) and Foster Wheeler (FWLT Quote).

Cramer also said buyouts could be in order at some overlooked industrial names such as Louisiana-Pacific (LPX Quote) and Eastman Chemical (EMN Quote).
