JMP Plans IPO
JMP says becoming public will allow the firm to "better execute its growth strategy" and will give the firm "greater visibility with prospective clients and industry peers, increased access to capital," and the ability to attract and retain talent.
From 2000 through 2005, JMP increased revenue from $13.4 million to $94.7 million. Profit rose from $1.2 million to $10.3 million. For the first nine months of last year, the firm generated revenues of $63.7 million and pro forma net income of $6.4 million.- Loading Comments...
