Mad Mail
In Cramer's "Mad Mail" segment, he told a viewer Boston Scientific (BSX Quote) seems like "dead money." Responding to his next mailer, Cramer said the viewer was right and that companies have no obligation to follow through with their buyback announcements. These are called "phantom buybacks," he said.
