Interactive Systems Worldwide (ISWI Quote) rose after its Global Interactive Gaming unit signed a contract to incorporate its SportXction play-by-play sports-betting system into BetShop's Web site. Additionally, Interactive Systems said Global Interactive Gaming has launched an enhanced in-run live-betting product with Sportingbet Plc. Shares of Interactive Systems were up 34.4% to $2.50.
GoAmerica (GOAM Quote) was higher a day after it announced the availability of i711 video-relay service. The service enables people who are deaf to use sign language to communicate with hearing people using a Windows computer, a Web camera and a broadband Internet connection. Shares of GoAmerica soared 49.4% to $8.47. Color Kinetics (CLRK Quote) and Super Vision International (SUPVA Quote) reached a joint settlement agreement ending all pending litigation between the two companies. Shares of both were climbing. Color Kinetics was up 2.2% to $20.13, and Super Vision was advancing 29% to $2.44. Valence Technology (VLNC Quote) dropped after cutting its revenue forecast. The company now expects third-quarter revenue of $2 million to $3 million, down from its prior forecast of $4 million to $6 million. Shares of Valence were falling 11.6% to $1.98. Cerus (CERS Quote) was lower on word it plans to sell up to 3.9 million shares to investors at a price of $6.68 each. The net proceeds to Cerus will probably be around $24.3 million.
