Arizona Land Income (AZL Quote), a real estate investment trust, rose after it declared a special dividend of $1 a share. Shares of Arizona Land were up 25.4% at $9.59.

Action Products International (APII Quote) said a final judgment was entered in its favor for $5.1 million after several weeks in post-trial judicial deliberation. The company said in October that a jury found Lung Cheong International Holdings and its U.S. unit used information, learned from confidential discussions with Action Products, to take away an important acquisition. Shares of Action Products climbed 18.3% to $1.94.

NaviSite (NAVI Quote) was higher on word that Baeble Music selected its services to deliver independent rock videos through its online music community. Shares of NaviSite were up 13.7% to $4.39.

Protherics (PTIL Quote) was climbing following an announcement that Barclays PLC now holds about 9.7 million of its common shares, representing 3.72% of the issued share capital of the company. Protherics was rising nearly 14% to $14.25.

CanArgo Energy (CNR Quote) was falling after it provided an update on its drilling activities in the nation of Georgia. The company said testing at a well had been delayed because drill-stem testing equipment hasn't yet arrived at the site. CanArgo says it could be at least another six days before the interim test can begin. The company now intends to drill ahead to the planned total depth of approximately 16,732 feet and then carry out a full production test on the well. Shares were losing 8.3% to $1.21.

HEI (HEII Quote) was dropping after it said fourth-quarter net sales fell 8% from a year ago to $13.9 million. The company reported a loss of $2.6 million, or 27 cents a share, reversing last year's profit of $204,000 and 2 cents a share. HEI was down 7.9% at $1.63.
