Coldwater Creek (CWTR Quote) coverage initiated at Goldman Sachs: Goldman said it is initiating coverage on CWTR with a Neutral rating. See attractive earnings prospects but high expectations. Multi-channel strategy attracts middle-aged, female shoppers with proprietary, casual merchandise. Target price at $30.

EOG Resources (EOG Quote) downgraded at UBS: EOG downgraded to Neutral on valuation, said UBS. Raises price target to $79.00 from $74.00 and eps estimates to $12.95 from $12.75.

Medarex (MEDX Quote) upgraded at Morgan Stanley: Morgan Stanley said it is upgrading MEDX to Overweight from Equal Weight based on increased confidence that Phase III trials for anti-CTLA-4's drug will be positive. Maintained $22 target price.

McGraw-Hill (MHP Quote) downgraded at AG Edwards: Rating on MHP was cut from Buy to Hold, AG Edwards said. Stock is up 37% since July, and is reaching the $69 fair value estimate.

Real Networks (RNWK Quote) initiated at Jefferies: RNWK initiated with Underperform rating at Jefferies. Price target set at $8.50.

Advance Auto Parts (AAP Quote) estimates cut at Credit Suisse: Credit Suisse said it is cutting its 2007 EPS estimates on AAP to $2.46 from $2.56 after company lowered its long-term guidance. Maintained Outperform rating.

UBS (ARO Quote) raises estimates on Aeropostale: ARO numbers raised at UBS. Price target goes to $31.00 from $30.00 and EPS estimates bumps up to $2.18 from $2.15. Reiterates Neutral rating.
