Cramer's 'Mad Money Lightning Round': High on the HOG

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

General Cable(BGC Quote): "Not a bad company. One thumb up. ... Too high vs. the other cyclical components."

PDL BioPharma (PDLI Quote): "Actually had a sales explosion. ... I would rather buy the Amgen(AMGN Quote) on the dip than the PDLI."

Harley-Davidson(HOG Quote): "A bunch of clowns [I mean analysts] downgraded Harley. ... You should not sell. This, by the way, is the single best transport name we make. ... I'm giving it a TripleBuy!"

American Science & Engineering(ASEI Quote): "I would much, much rather be in NICE(NICE Quote) or FLIR(FLIR Quote)."

JetBlue(JBLU Quote): "I would like you to ring the register. What I do like is Continental(CAL Quote) on a pullback, UAUA (UAL) lower, and only then" would Cramer consider JetBlue.

Cramer also was bearish on Borders (BGP Quote) and Encore Wire (WIRE Quote).
