Tuesday's ETF Winners & Losers

The Internet Infrastructure HOLDRs(IIH Quote - Cramer on IIH - Stock Picks) ETF was one of the best performers Tuesday. Holdings RealNetworks(RNWK Quote - Cramer on RNWK - Stock Picks), Internap Network Services(INAP Quote - Cramer on INAP - Stock Picks) and Navisite(NAVI Quote - Cramer on NAVI - Stock Picks) were higher by 5% or more. The ETF was gaining 13 cents, or 2.4%, to $5.57.

Semiconductor-related ETFs were also gaining ground. Among individual names, Broadcom(BRCM Quote - Cramer on BRCM - Stock Picks) was rising by 5.5%, Altera(ALTR Quote - Cramer on ALTR - Stock Picks) was higher by 4.9%, and Novellus Systems(NVLS Quote - Cramer on NVLS - Stock Picks) was gaining 3.3%.

The Semiconductor HOLDRs(SMH Quote - Cramer on SMH - Stock Picks) was adding 1.5% to $34.09. The PowerShares Dynamic Semiconductors(PSI Quote - Cramer on PSI - Stock Picks) ETF was gaining 1.5% to $17.16, and the SPDR Semiconductor(XSD Quote - Cramer on XSD - Stock Picks) was recently up 1.1% to $49.72.

On the flip side, bundled securities tracking energy were among the worst performers as oil sank below $60 a barrel.

The iShares Dow Jones U.S. Oil & Gas Exploration Index(IEO Quote - Cramer on IEO - Stock Picks) ETF was losing 1.8% to $47.82. The Oil Services HOLDRs (OIH Quote - Cramer on OIH - Stock Picks) ETF was lower by 1.2% to $136.32, and the PowerShares Dynamic Energy Exploration(PXE Quote - Cramer on PXE - Stock Picks) ETF was falling by 1.2% to $18.60.

The iShares Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction(ITB Quote - Cramer on ITB - Stock Picks) ETF was losing 2.3% after luxury-home builder Toll Brothers (TOL Quote - Cramer on TOL - Stock Picks) cut its 2007 forecast again. Additionally, Beazer Homes (BZH Quote - Cramer on BZH - Stock Picks) cautioned that housing market fundamentals remain difficult. The ETF was lower by 86 cents to $36.86.
