Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Syntax-Brillian(BRLC Quote): "Another one of these hi-def plays that everyone wants to get beyond. ... Ring the register ... go into Cisco(CSCO Quote). Yes, even up here."

Dynamic Materials(BOOM Quote): "I say boo to that quarter. ... that was nothing special. ... ring the register and buy that sucker lower."

Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX Quote): "Absolutely way ahead of the game [on hepatitis C]. Two thumbs up, way up. Cramer said it's in "the pantheon of biotech."

Aircastle(AYR Quote): "A little dangerous vs. Ryanair(RYAAY Quote)."

ImClone Systems(IMCL Quote): "Swap out of that and go into ... Time Warner(TWX Quote)."

SunPower(SPWR Quote): "You need a Democratic sweep of every single state, Senate and House [seat] in order to get that thing moving. I want you to sell Wednesday into the Democratic House triumph. They will not take the Senate."

General Cable(BGC Quote): "If you want a fiber-optic play. ... I'm gonna send you to Corning(GLW Quote)."

Amylin Pharmaceuticals(AMLN Quote): I think the stock is gonna flat-line here. ... Made a big move, is digesting that move. Needs Pepto-Bismol."

Superior Energy Services(SPN Quote): "Swap out of Superior ... go into Transocean(RIG Quote)."

Garmin(GRMN Quote): "I didn't like that quarter. ... I need to do more digging. I think Garmin's too expensive."

Master Card(MA Quote): "I am waiting for the secondary. ... I want you to stay with MasterCard."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
