Shares of Hudson Highland Group (HHGP Quote) surged 28% Wednesday, a day after the company posted higher third-quarter earnings and revenue.
Revenue from continuing operations reached $352.5 million, a 3.3% increase from the $341.3 million generated the same time the previous year. In addition, the staffing company announced a profit of $4.3 million, or 18 cents a share, more than triple last year's profit of $1.2 million, or 5 cents a share. For the fourth quarter, Hudson expects revenue to be between $335 million and $350 million. Hudson's stock was up $3.30 to $14.99.- Loading Comments...
