What do you think of Distributed Energy (DESC Quote)?

-- Anjum

Jim Cramer: Distributed Energy has some interesting alternative-energy technologies, but I believe the stock is simply too speculative. Alternative energy is an extremely tough place to invest, and Distributed Energy is years away from generating profits.

Do you think Marvell (MRVL Quote) will be acquired?

-- Charles

Jim Cramer: There have been a lot of rumors flying around lately about Marvell being an acquisition target, which I do believe is possible considering how cheap the stock is. However, I own Marvell for my charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS, because I like the underlying fundamentals. As a rule, I don't speculate on takeover targets unless the fundamentals are strong.
