Everything is all set now for the New York Mercantile Exchange to go public.
The 132-year-old commodities exchange said Thursday shareholders approved plans for its upcoming $250 million initial public offering. The NYMEX says more than 91% of the shares voted by exchange members were in favor of an IPO.- Loading Comments...
