Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening:

Home Depot (HD Quote): "The Home Despot I think is starting to get its mojo back. Let's not forget my Action Alerts Plus charitable trust name Sears Holdings (SHLD Quote)." Cramer said Sears was a BuyBuyBuy.

Renovis (RNVS Quote): "It concerns me. I have been recommending too many companies that have been losing money. I'm going to say Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Lowe's (LOW Quote): "Lowe's Corp. is so right here. I am the only guy recommending this stock in the whole universe. Don't forget to buy one share of Sears. Lowe's is two thumbs up and Sears is two thumbs up."

Alliance Data (ADS Quote): "First Data (FDC Quote) is my first favorite. Don'tBuyDon'tBuy. I don't want to bless, buying or selling, Alliance Data while I have First Data."

Lam Research (LRCX Quote): "That is a grand slammer. They just predicted a monster quarter. That is a BuyBuyBuy."

Yahoo! (YHOO Quote): "Here's the problem. I think Yahoo!'s management is no longer engaged. This stock is no longer as expensive as people think. I think it's a buy. I have to tell you I'm very worried about the earnings, but I think it's 3 down and 10 up."

Boeing (BA Quote): "Boeing I think is a cheap stock. I am reiterating that Boeing at 81 is right. I've been trying to buy it for my Action Alerts Plus charitable trust.

Zoltek (ZOLT Quote): "Alternative energy is in an absolute tailspin. No how, no way."

Equinex (EQIX Quote): "It happened again. I'm stumped. I'm going to have to come back to it."

Cramer was also bullish on Sealy Corp. (ZZ Quote), Genentech(DNA Quote), Digital River(DRIV Quote) and Terex Corp.(TEX Quote).

Cramer was bearish on Systemax(SYX Quote), Diamond Offshore (DO Quote), JLG Industries(JLG Quote), Synchronoss Technologies(SNCR Quote) and Matsushita Electric Industrial (MC Quote).
