Crawford & Co.(CRD.A Quote) has named W. Bruce Swain Jr., its chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Swain, the Atlanta-based claims company's controller, has served as interim CFO since May, when former CFO John F. Giblin resigned. Shares were higher by 7 cents, or 1.2%, at $6.12 in recent trading Friday.- Loading Comments...
