Bookstore operator Borders Group(BGP Quote) said Wednesday it will open a new 2,850-square-foot store in New York LaGuardia Airport's Central Terminal Marketplace, located on the lower level, in early November.
The new airport store will feature bestsellers and key titles for leisure and business travelers. Separately, the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based company said that it will open a two-level, 30,969-square-foot store in Roseville, Minn. this month. The store will be in the Plaza at Rosedale Center, located at 10 Rosedale Center, at the intersection of Fairview Avenue North and State Highway 36. Borders will close the 3,103-square-foot Waldenbooks store located in the mall in conjunction with the Borders store opening, in anticipation of the new store.- Loading Comments...
