Bugg Out at Consolidated Water

Consolidated Water (CWCO Quote) said J. Bruce Bugg Jr. resigned as a director and from the board's audit and nominations committees.

The Cayman Islands-based company, which develops and operates seawater desalination plants and water-distribution systems, said Bugg joined the board in 1998. He cited personal time constraints involving his other interests for quitting.

"Serving with my fellow Consolidated directors has been a tremendous experience, and I am proud to have been involved with a Company that has delivered such impressive value to its shareholders, employees and customers," Bugg said.
