Urologix Names Financial Chief

Medical-equipment maker Urologix(ULGX Quote) named a new chief financial officer.

Effective Friday, Elissa J. Lindsoe will head all treasury, investor relations, human resources, customer service, order management and information technology functions, the company said in a press release.

Most recently, Lindsoe was CFO at Identix, which merged with identification-technology company Viisage to form L-1 Identity Solutions(ID Quote) in August.
