ChoicePoint Taps General Counsel

ChoicePoint(CPS Quote), a provider of identification and credential verification services, named Carol A. DiBattiste as general counsel and chief privacy officer.

DiBattiste, a former federal prosecutor and executive with the U.S. Department of Justice, has served as the company's chief credentialing, compliance and privacy officer since April 2005, the Alpharetta, Ga.-based company said
