Tidewater Adds to Board
Tidewater(TDW Quote) said Thursday it named M. Jay Allison to its board of directors for a term expiring July 2007.
The New Orleans, La.-based company said that Allison is CEO at Comstock Resources (CRK Quote). Allison also serves as chairman of the board of directors of Bois d'Arc Energy (BDE Quote) and currently serves on the board of Regents for Baylor University.
