What will happen to Altria (MO Quote), if they eventually do decide to spin off Kraft (KFT Quote)?

Jim Cramer: First of all, I own Altria in my charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS. I believe the stock, currently changing hands around $83, could be trading closer to $100 if Altria goes through with its plan to split up the international and domestic tobacco business and spin off the 80%-plus stake it holds in Kraft.
