Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Chico's FAS(CHS Quote - Cramer on CHS - Stock Picks): We got the Kohl's(KSS Quote - Cramer on KSS - Stock Picks) ramping, we got the Target(TGT Quote - Cramer on TGT - Stock Picks) through 50. We got the VF Corp.(VFC Quote - Cramer on VFC - Stock Picks). ... I am issuing a sell here for the Chico's."

PMC-Sierra(PMCS Quote - Cramer on PMCS - Stock Picks): "I say swap. I say go with Cisco(CSCO Quote - Cramer on CSCO - Stock Picks)."

Schlumberger(SLB Quote - Cramer on SLB - Stock Picks): "Not a time to get back in here." Wait six months, Cramer said.

Honda(HMC Quote - Cramer on HMC - Stock Picks): "Honda's good, Toyota's(TM Quote - Cramer on TM - Stock Picks) even better. Toyota Motor at 104 is actually quite inexpensive, cheaper than Honda."

AtheroGenics(AGIX Quote - Cramer on AGIX - Stock Picks): "We're in a holding pattern."

Hansen Natural(HANS Quote - Cramer on HANS - Stock Picks): "Hansen's done." Cramer then played the barking-dog sound effect.

Mine Safety Appliances(MSA Quote - Cramer on MSA - Stock Picks): "I'll pull the trigger right here. I'll pull it multiple times."

Allscripts(AGIX Quote - Cramer on AGIX - Stock Picks): "We are not backing away. Doctors, they need technology, this is the one." Cramer also gave "three thumbs up" to Psychiatric Solutions(PSYS Quote - Cramer on PSYS - Stock Picks).

Oceaneering International(OII Quote - Cramer on OII - Stock Picks): "Unless you get a takeover, you're just history for now [oil equipment and services]. That said, this is the best of breed."

Garmin(GRMN Quote - Cramer on GRMN - Stock Picks): One of these stocks that was very expensive when it was at 55, 54 ... come down to 42 ... not that expensive."

3Com(COMS Quote - Cramer on COMS - Stock Picks): "Another one of these companies that I would so much have you swap out of and get into Cisco."

Rentech(RTK Quote - Cramer on RTK - Stock Picks): "Speculative situation. ... I think you need oil to be higher to get behind Rentech here, so I'm doing a little Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Ford(F Quote - Cramer on F - Stock Picks): Cramer said Ford bottomed and at 8.70, is right. He also likes "Generous Motors(GM Quote - Cramer on GM - Stock Picks)."

McDermott International(MDR Quote - Cramer on MDR - Stock Picks): "One of the best engineering construction companies in the world. I want to buy McDermott right here. ... I cannot believe the bloodletting in this group. It is just wrong. I hear opportunity, and I am opening the door for it."

Nice Systems(NICE Quote - Cramer on NICE - Stock Picks): "A great antiterrorism play, and I think it should be bought here."

PepsiCo(PEP Quote - Cramer on PEP - Stock Picks): "Absolutely terrific. I like the new woman who is running Pepsi. I want you to stay with Pepsi."
