iMergent(IIG Quote) was up after the company said its board authorized a stock-repurchase program covering up to $20 million of common stock. The repurchased shares will be retired. Shares climbed 78 cents, or 6.1%, to $13.68. Durect(DRRX Quote) advanced after the pharmaceutical company was upgraded by Merriman Curhan Ford to buy from neutral. Shares climbed 29 cents, or 7.8%, to $4.03. Genesis Microchip(GNSS Quote) lost ground after the maker of chips for flat-panel displays and computer monitors was downgraded by Jefferies to underperform from hold.
