Lear(LEA Quote), an automotive interior systems supplier, named Daniel A. Ninivaggi executive vice president, secretary and general counsel.

The company also announced the promotion of Matthew J. Simoncini to senior vice president, operational finance, from his previous posts of vice president of global finance and the company's chief accounting officer.

Eric Rasmussen was promoted to vice president of corporate development from his previous position of vice president of financial planning and analysis, where he will manage the company's worldwide corporate development and strategic planning initiatives.
