Mad Money Mailbag: Viisage No More

Why are Viisage Technology (VISG Quote) shares being discontinued at the end of the month? -- Millie from California Jim Cramer: The identity/security company is merging with one of its fellow competitors, Indentix (IDNX Quote), at the end of the month. Both stocks will be de-listed from the Nasdaq on Aug. 29, when the deal closes. The new company will trade under the symbol "ID" the following day, on the New York Stock Exchange.
