Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Abraxis Bioscience: "I give you Becton Dickinson(BDX Quote). I'm not sending you to some outfit that I don't feel has longevity."

Sirius(SIRI Quote): I feel like my friend Mel [Karmazin] is luckless. I cannot believe the stock is where it is. ... Call the CEO of XM and get this deal done before it goes higher."

Dean Foods(DF Quote): "That's a triple buy. ... I think Dean Foods is right."

Nuance Communications (NUAN Quote): "Got a big revenue ramp. I don't understand why the stock is at 7 [7.88]. ... BuyBuyBuy."

Delek(DK Quote): "Anytime that I see a refining stock, you know I'm gonna say yes. ... I would actually swap out of and move into Valero(VLO Quote)."

Consol Energy(CNX Quote): "The prospects are fabulous. ... I say 'mon back*."

China Life Insurance(LFC Quote): "One that I missed because they had chicanery when they first came out. ... But do you mind if I wait for a little pullback, only a dollar off its 52-week high?"

Dow Chemical(DOW Quote): "Massive insider buying. ... They bought the head off the stock. You ride that sucker to 43, my friend. That's a breakout."

Ciena(CIEN Quote): "Take advantage of the strength in Ciena. ... I think that the real strength in communications comes from the Cisco(CSCO Quote). I want you to swap out of Ciena and move into Cisco."

Sunrise Senior Living(SRZ Quote): "The stock should be bought as a baby boomer play."

Jack in the Box(JBX Quote): "A guy from Tennessee shouldn't be asking about Jack in the Box, he should be asking about Jack Daniels. ... Jack in the Box is darn good." Cramer also threw in Sonic(SONC Quote).

Intel(INTC Quote): "At 20, you ring the register, and you move on."

Ford(F Quote): "You are a genius to buy it at 6.80. ... Ford is done going down. But be careful. I said that about Marvell Technology(MRVL Quote)... and boy was I ever wrong."

Altria(MO Quote): You, my friend, are one lucky dog, and I do not mean Vonage(VG Quote) [which Cramer noticed was down only 17 cents today]. "This government is so owned by Big Tobacco." Cramer said Altria is going to 85 on the way to a hundo (Cramer gibberish for 100).

Lightning Round

Cramer was bullish on Becton Dickinson, Dean Foods, Nuance Communications, Valero, Consol Energy, China Life Insurance, Dow Chemical, Cisco, Sunrise Senior Living, Jack in the Box, Sonic, Intel, Ford and Altria.

Cramer was bearish on Abraxis Bioscience, Sirius Satellite Radio, Delek US Holdings and Ciena.

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
