Monday's ETF Winners & Losers

ETFs related to oil services were tacking on big gains, including the Oil Services HOLDRs(OIH Quote), which rose $3.67, or 2.6%, to $145.27. The move was driven by advances in Halliburton(HAL Quote) and Baker Hughes (BHI Quote).

Elsewhere, the PowerShares Dynamic Oil & Gas Services (PXJ Quote) ETF was trading up 58 cents, or 2.9%, to $20.42, and the iShares Dow Jones U.S. Oil & Gas Exploration Index(IEO Quote) rose 98 cents, or 1.9%, to $51.52.

Shares of the Internet HOLDRs(HHH Quote) were down 1.3% after First Global Securities said Yahoo!(YHOO Quote) would face pressure from rivals Google(GOOG Quote) and Microsoft(MSFT Quote) after a delay in an advertising system upgrade.

The Internet Infrastructure HOLDRs(IIH Quote) ETF, meanwhile, was higher by 1.6%. Akamai Technologies(AKAM Quote), one of the fund's largest holdings, was trading up $1.49, or 4.1%, to $38.08.

The iShares Dow Jones US Basic Materials(IYM Quote) ETF was gaining 72 cents, or 1.4%, to $53.53 as Phelps Dodge(PD Quote) surged 7.5% following a Prudential upgrade. Fellow holding Peabody Energy(BTU Quote) jumped 7.6%.
