Am I diversified? I own Johnson & Johnson(JNJ Quote), Total SA(TOT Quote), Washington Mutual(WM Quote), iShares MSCI EAFE Index(EFA Quote) and Texas Instruments(TXN Quote).

Jim Cramer: A diversified health-care products company, a major oil producer, a super-regional bank, an ETF focused on foreign stocks and a chipmaker ... good stocks, but I'm afraid you're not diversified.

Total is the fourth-largest holding in your foreign ETF, so I'd rather see you replace the fund with a solid consumer staples stock.
