Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening: Sonus: "I don't want anything to do with the voice-over-Internet group." Openwave: "I got smoked by that. ... I think at 6 bucks you oughta be able to buy it, but so far I've been very wrong." Florida Rock: "You know there's a bull market in rocks. ... Florida Rock I like." Cramer also recommended Ashland. Internet Security: "That's always been a tough game. ... It's too darn competitive. ... ixnay on the ISSXnay." American Express: "I am virtually The Manchurian Candidate of Wall Street. ... They can't help themselves [the analysts], they must recommend American Express." Arrow: "That's a slowdown stock. Two thumbs up for slowdown." MEMC: "This company produces silicon wafers. I like it again. I would be a buyer." ViroPharma: "That one is absolutely no good." CVS: "CVS, Walgreen and Rite-Aid are all strong stocks." Alcoa: "You can wait. I am not blessing Alcoa." Altria: "It would be a blessing ... if this stock would come down on the quarter. ... The breakup value is $98."

Cramer was bullish on Openwave Systems(OPWV Quote), Florida Rock Industries(FRK Quote), Ashland(ASH Quote), American Express(AXP Quote), Arrow International (ARRO Quote), MEMC Electronic Materials(WFR Quote), CVS(CVS Quote) and Altria(MO Quote).
