Cramer's 'Mad Money Lightning Round': No Booya for eBay

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Transocean: "This group is under tremendous siege. I own Nabors (for his Action Alerts PLUS charitable trust). ... Do not give up on this group. ... I remain bullish -- oil drillers."

Frontier: "May I suggest you swap out of ... and go into Valero."

USG: "If you want a play like that ... I am going to send you to Walter."

Intel: "You still cannot own Intel. ... "They need to have new management. ... Bring back the engineers."

Kinder Morgan: "No, no, that's an arbitrage situation. ... That stock is played out ... The next Kinder Morgan could very well be Enbridge."

Insteel: "Ixnay on Insteel. I'm sending you to Nucor, cheaper and better."

Sprint Nextel: "If you want go get out of the House of Pain, I will send you to the House of Pleasure, which is actually, believe it or not, AT&T."

Home Depot: "I want to stay out of the Home Despot. I want to buy Lowe's," said Cramer, until he finds out why an HD merchandising and marketing executive is leaving.

Chesapeake Energy: "I am sending you to Southwestern Energy, which has just as much exposure to natural gas."

Waddell and Reed: "I don't mind it, but I prefer Legg Mason."

Canadian Natural Resources: "It's cheap, cheap, cheap. I think ... it's a buy here."

Citigroup: "I want to break up Citigroup. [CEO] Chuck Prince, tear down those banking walls!"

"eBay is just awful. eBay should put the whole company on eBay. ... overpaid for Skype, overpaid for PayPal. Meanwhile, Meg Whitman is the Teflon Don."

Ameritrade: "This is my most poorly performing stock." But Cramer said he's happy with the business and remains bullish.

St. Joe: "I think it's too high. Don't get caught, don't stay with that."

Cramer was bullish on Transocean (RIG Quote), Nabors (NBR Quote), Valero (VLO Quote), Walter Industries (WLT Quote), Enbridge (ENB Quote), Nucor (NUE Quote), AT&T (T Quote), Lowe's (LOW Quote), Southwestern Energy (SWN Quote), Canadian Natural Resources(CNQ Quote), Citigroup (C Quote) and Ameritrade (AMTD Quote).

Cramer was bearish on Frontier Oil (FTO Quote), USG (USG Quote), Intel (INTC Quote), Kinder Morgan (KMI Quote), Insteel Industries (IIIN Quote), Sprint Nextel (S Quote), Home Depot (HD Quote), Chesapeake Energy (CHK Quote), eBay (EBAY Quote), Mentor Graphics (MENT Quote) and St. Joe (JOE Quote).
