Quanex (NX Quote) named Thomas M. Walker chief financial officer.
Walker was was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Alliant Energy (LNT Quote). "I look forward to Tom's contributions to the growth of Quanex," said CEO Raymond Jean. "His breadth and depth of financial and business experience and his proven leadership abilities will enable him to play a key role in helping Quanex move up to the next level."
