Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening: BellSouth: "No thank you. I'd rather own a Series E savings bond." Genesis Microchip: "That's part of the Cramer tech rally. ... Take my word for it and buy Genesis Micro." Cramer said if you opened up the guts of a big flat-screen TV, you'd see a lot of Genesis product inside. Diamond Offshore: "One of the best drillers. ... I'll do a 'mon back* down a dollar." BHP Billiton: "That stock reported just a dyn-o-mite quarter. ... I would do a 'mon back if I didn't already own it (for the ActionAlertsPLUS charitable trust). That, along with Rio Tinto, no doubt the supermarkets to the world of minerals!" TrustCo Bank: "Too cheap to be believed. No doubt a hostage to the higher-rate environment. ... Ben Bernanke will not be so imprudent and that's why TRST is ... for ... me!"
