Take-Two (TTWO Quote) said it would be late filing its annual report.
The New York-based video-game software publisher filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday for a 15-day extension in filing its 10-K report. The company said it expects to file within the indicated 15 days. Take-Two, which has been struggling financially in recent quarters, is best known for its Grand Theft Auto franchise. In recent years, the company has been trying to diversify beyond Grand Theft Auto into areas such as sports and simulation games, with limited success.
