Computer Sciences(CSC): "The takeover we predicted on this show looks like it's about to happen. Don't ring the register."

Disney(DIS): "I love the theme parks; the movies are terrific. The stock's the ultimate bowwow."

Adobe Systems(ADBE): "Adobe's good. It's one of my favorite pleasant tech stocks. ... Don't forget CRM (Salesforce)."

Paccar(PCAR): "Buy the stock at 71. Sell it at 77. ... New engine rules start next year. Good for Paccar."

Arena Resources(ARD): "Too speculative. ... This is not the year for speculative oil and gas plays."

Flir Systems(FLIR): "That stock shouldn't be owned. ... "It's in thermal imaging," which Cramer doesn't like currently.

Ford(F): "Absolutely not," Cramer replied when asked if the automaker could turn it around.

Harris & Harris(TINY): "Too much of a black box. Venture capital fund. Don't really know what they own."

Albertson(ABS): "You don't need to be in that second-rate supermaket chain that couldn't sell itself."

Flanders(FLDR): "I like Flanders; it's been a dog."

Whole Foods Market(WFMI): "I need you to buy Whole Foods, and stick with it. If it drops down 2 bucks, you do a 'mon back*."

Cramer was bullish on Beazer Homes USA(BZH), UnitedHealth Group(UNH), Grant Prideco(GRP) TradeStation(TRAD), Ameritrade(AMTD), Birch Mountain Resources(BMD), Sonic(SONC), Computer Sciences(CSC), Adobe Systems(ADBE), Broadcom(BRCM), Cornell Companies(CRN), Walgreen(WAG) Calgon Carbon(CCC) and Whole Foods(WFMI).

Cramer was bearish on UPS(UPS), Dendreon(DNDN), OraSure Technologies(OSUR), Sonus Networks(SONS), Intuitive Surgical(ISRG), Walt Disney(DIS), Arena Resources(ARD), Rite Aid(RAD), Ford(F), Harris & Harris(TINY), Albertson's(ABS)ABS and Flanders(FLDR).
