What's the deal with United Parcel Service (UPS Quote)?

James J. Cramer: I think both UPS and FedEx (FDX Quote) will have very good quarters. People are finding amazing discounts shopping online this year, and that means a lot of money will be spent shipping goods this year. Also, both are well-managed companies trading at reasonable multiples.

Will the addition of Bob May as the new CEO of Calpine (CPN Quote) change anything?

James J. Cramer: Anything is possible, but I don't think investors should go anywhere near Calpine. The company is clearly in serious financial trouble and will likely be controlled by the bondholders before we know it.
