Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Enersis South America(ENI Quote): "There's a lot of rally right now [but] there's some leftist candidates that are starting to get some gravitas in Latin America. ... But you're gonna have to weather this left-wing storm."

UGI(UGI Quote): "You are not in the House of Pain. You're gonna get a triple buy. ... I think you should stay the course."

Chicago Mercantile Exchange(CME Quote): "I predicted this stock will hit its 52-week high on the last [trading] day of the year. I think you should own it, but on Dec. 29 you should take it off the table."

Eli Lilly(LLY Quote): "They guided up 63% today, and I think Lilly joins Schering- Plough(SGP Quote) as one of the few drugs stocks worth owning."

United Parcel Service(UPS Quote): "I think UPS is going to have a great Christmas and I want you to buy it."

Zumiez(ZUMZ Quote): "Is there anything better [than] to be in a snowboard business [than in an area blanketed by snow]?"

SBA Communications(SBAC Quote): "Part of that EnCana(ECA Quote) play. I like that stock. Please don't forget Powerwave(PWAV Quote).

Sanofi Aventis(SNY Quote): "I like Sanofi. I happen to like the European drug companies. Let me throw in Glaxo(GSK Quote)."

FMC Technologies(FTI Quote): "When we're talking about the Barnett Shale ... when we're talking about drilling. ... This is a stock recommended at 38, 39 on this show. And I need you to stick with it. Do a 'mon back* below 40."

Duke Energy(DUK Quote): "The problem is it's not going higher and I don't think you should buy it any more."

Centene(CNC Quote): "This is a Florida Medicaid play. ... I recommended it, and it nearly ripped my lungs out. Lenny Dykstra [later] recommended it and it goes up 5 points. But I think you should schnitzel [sell] it a little."
