On the downside, Kubota may experience a tough market in the medium-sized tractor segment where there is a lot of competition, said Cramer. But it should be able to balance out any weakness with lower prices.

Another risk would be if the yen recovers, said Cramer, making Kubota's tractors more expensive in the U.S. But he doesn't see that happening, at least not any time soon, he said.

Garmin District

Garmin (GRMN Quote - Cramer on GRMN - Stock Picks) CFO Kevin Rauckman joined Cramer to talk about his company's product mix and outlook. Cramer asked Rauckman if Garmin's margins had suffered because of increased sales of lower-margin handheld GPS devices.

Rauckman said margins have come down, but volume had picked up more than enough to offset the decline.

When asked about holiday sales, Rauckman said Garmin had given guidance the fourth quarter would be strong, driven by sales to the automotive market. "Everything we've seen so far has not changed our opinion of that."

Cramer then asked about competitor Tomtom: "Do we have to be worried about them?"

"Absolutely," said Rauckman. "We're always worried about competition."

Rauckman said up until now Tomtom had primarily focused on Europe, but it is now "trying to come into the United States."

"They point to the fact that this overall automotive personal navigation device market is growing, and the pie is expanding greatly. I think there's enough room for them and us to do well," he said.

Cramer summed up the interview saying "This is, my sources tell me, the single, hottest gadget that is being sold for Christmas...I think Garmin is being kept down by short-sellers who disagree with me, and I think they're going to get their heads cut off."
